How much longer will dalits be abused?

How much longer will the dalits be oppressed in India while other dalits who have broken free of that vicious circle will watch as mute spectators?

It is more than seventy years since our much hyped freedom, we have our own governments and police then how can these atrocities happen and go unpunished? Bad things will happen, no one can prevent them but if they go unpunished then thugs and monsters will rule the country [We are almost there already!]

The ghoulish monstrosity of the Hathras case woke the nation up, but every week we read about atrocities against dalits, the women are always the easier target, have always been so their no. naturally is higher, much higher. The question is when will the administrations start doing their duties and the dalits themselves will wake up and start saving themselves! Even when the entire country is boiling against this atrocity a dalit woman committed suicide in Madhya Pradesh after police refused taking her FIR, the corpse of another dalit child was discovered some place else!

Not all dalits are helpless, the ones in West Bengal are quite mighty and very often thugs, so why are not they helping other dalits? Fighting for their rights? Forcing the other states to treat their brothers and sisters as human beings? If they want their voices will be heart. Because dalits of West Bengal are not helpless, sometimes I feel the high castes are ;p How can such monstrosities still happen in a state that was run by a dalit government [Mayawati], what did she do to uplift the social position of these helpless people when she had all the power of the state?

The administration maybe worthless but dont forget that Indian law has given dalits many advantages and benefits, when are you going to utilize them and rise up? If high-castes had those special benefits they would have most probably turned India into a magic-land or Nazi Germany. So please break out of your inferiority complex and take what is rightfully yours!

As for administration, look at those victims and then feel very ashamed of yourself! Really, as much ashamed as you can feel! Those helpless women and men come begging at your door seeking justice against a clear injustice and you throw them out of the police stations and your offices! You guys are truly amazing! Beyond words amazing! Hope and pray you will reap your karma while you are alive!
